This information is provided as a guide for
Brokers and Correspondents who prefer to order
Closing Documents using a handwritten order
form.

Instructions:
1) Complete
the Loan Document Order Form, and include all
pertinent information regarding each loan case.
2) Always
enter your Client ID at the top of each Order
Form. This enables you to track your
documents online. If you do not have a Client
ID, contact Support at 877.834.4482—option 1 to
register.
3) Send
the Cover Page, Order Form, Title Commitment and
Survey via email to
docs@digitaldocs.com, or fax the order to
972.233.3321.
4) Process
time is four (4) hours after ALL
documentation has been received (unless
verifications are required).

First Time Users:
1) Contact
Support at 877-834-4482—option 1 to register and
receive your personal Client ID. This Client ID
provides you with a login and password to view,
download and check status of your loan packages.
2) If
you are a Fulfillment Services Client who needs
training, we will gladly coordinate a time and
date that will best suit your needs.
3) Fulfillment
Services training will consist of: Fulfillment
Services Policies and Procedures, and complete
instructions on using the Fulfillment Log. The
Fulfillment Log is an online interactive program
that gives you the ability to track, receive and
make comments regarding your loan, up to the
time of purchasing.
4) As
a first time user, you will need to complete the
Lender Set-Up Form and send it by fax to Digital
Docs at 972.720.3377, or email at
support@digitaldocs.com prior to ordering
your first set of Loan Documents. The Set-Up
process will take 48 hours after the receipt of
your request, and must be completed before
documents can be processed.
Calyx®Point®
Users:
1) Digital
Docs has created an interface that will complete
your Loan Document Order Form with 90% of data
contained in your Calyx®
Borrower File. After Calyx®
has generated your order form, view and complete
any further information required for you loan
and submit the final order to 972.233.3321, or
email
docs@digitaldocs.com.
